Where is my order?
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. You can track the delivery using the DHL or UPS tracking number, which can be found in the shipping confirmation via e-mail or in your account. If you cannot track your order status, please contact us via phone (+49 2421 22 33 444) or via e-mail shop@sportfahrer.com. We're here to help.
How much will shipping cost?
Shiping times and additional crisis surcharges due to the corona pandemic
Please note, that orders from Australia and Canada are currently transported via sea freight, which results in longer shipping times than usual.
Because of the limited transport capacities due to the corona pandemic, shipping carriers charge additional crisis surcharges. Thus, we have to adapt the shipping costs for the following countries:
- USA: + €0.22/kg
- Brazil/China/Hongkong/Japan/Canada/Singapore/South Korea/South Africa/Taiwan: €2.9/kg
- Australia/Chile/New Zealand: €5.2/kg
