AC Schnitzer is a German auto tuner most known for its exceptional performance upgrades for BMW's. The CLS II was a full-on transformation catered for those who felt that the regular E36 M3 was a bit... boring??

With components tested in extreme racing conditions – such as the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring – it included some serious upgrades to engine, brakes, chassis, aerodynamics and interior. 

The result was a race car for the road, with the 350hp engine pushing it to a 0-100 km/h time of 5.1 secs and a top speed of 290 km/h.
